How can we order?

It is so simple and easy. Just inform the model name and quantity required. Then, our sales staff will send you a proforma invoice. When the proforma invoice is received, please sign on the proforma invoice and fax or email it to allimex.

How can we pay?

You can pay by major Credit Card for sample, T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit) for quantity orders.

What is the delivery time?

Normally delivery is done within two weeks. But as per the production line schedule, sometimes three weeks are required to send out the goods from the factory.

How do you deliver the goods?

The products are shipped with express courier such as UPS or DHL, express mail such as EMS or Air. If the total weight is very heavy, the products can be shipped with a ship.

How can we pay the delivery charge?

In case of express courier, you can pay the charge directly to the courier company. If you want to use EMS, we check the EMS charge and add the amount on the proforma invoice. If you want to receive the goods with air or sea, you or we can arrange the freight forwarder.

What should we do if we have the defective units?

What is the warranty term?

What should we check if no picture shows up?

Step 1: Please check the power cable disconnection and then connect the power

What should we do if the picture quality is poor?

Step 1: Please check stain or dust on lens and then clean the camera lens.
Step 2: Please check beads of water inside caused from sudden temperature change

The problem could be from shortage of power. Please check DC connector
